Shipping policy

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Orders are typically dispatched within 4 business days of purchase unless otherwise advised.

Commissioned artworks require approximately 3–4 weeks, allowing time for the artwork to be carefully created, completed and prepared for shipping.

Shipping is available Australia-wide from $65, with tracking provided once your artwork has been dispatched.

Large artworks or framed pieces may require specialised courier services to ensure safe delivery.

Please note: If your delivery address is outside standard shipping zones, an additional freight charge may apply. If the cost is significantly higher due to your location, you will be contacted prior to dispatch and may request a full refund if you choose not to proceed.

Local pickup from Redland Bay, Queensland may be available by arrangement.
