Shipping & Delivery
All Julia Jones Art orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in beautiful condition.
Original Artwork
Original artworks are prepared and packaged with care before dispatch. Most orders are sent within a few business days; however, larger or framed artworks may require additional time to arrange suitable packaging and freight.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.
Commissioned Artwork
The timeframe for commissioned artwork will be discussed and confirmed with you when your commission is arranged.
Once your artwork is complete and you are happy with the finished piece, it will be carefully prepared for delivery.
Australia-Wide Shipping
Shipping is available Australia-wide.
Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork, framing and delivery location. Where standard shipping applies, the cost will be calculated at checkout.
Larger artworks, framed pieces or deliveries outside standard courier areas may require a specialised freight quote. If additional shipping charges are required, I will contact you before arranging delivery.
You will always have the opportunity to review any additional freight costs before proceeding.
Local Pickup
Local pickup from Redland Bay, Queensland may be available by prior arrangement.
