Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for artworks that have already been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, this must be requested prior to dispatch.
If you change your mind after receiving your artwork, we offer a return and exchange policy. You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, undamaged and securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a store credit for the full purchase value will be issued. This credit can be used towards another artwork of equal value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your artwork upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

If you would prefer a different artwork, the simplest option is to return the original piece (subject to the return conditions above). Once your return is approved, you can then purchase another artwork of your choice using the issued store credit.
Return Approval
Once your returned artwork has been received and inspected, we will notify you to confirm whether your store credit has been approved.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor settings or device. While every effort is made to display artworks as accurately as possible, slight variations between on-screen images and the original artwork may occur. These variations are not considered a fault or defect.
